Confidential documents in, a signed certificate out.
A branch like Union Bank of India's generates a steady pile of documents that can't just go in a bin — account opening forms, KYC papers, loan files, cheque books, vouchers, statements. Once the retention period on a file runs out, someone still has to make sure it's actually gone, not just filed away somewhere out of sight.

The same trained crew, start to finish — no subcontracted labour. Every box is logged against a written inventory before it leaves the branch.
